I tell them to drink water often for hydration reasons, and this is regardless of the season. I dont find it hard to drink water, but my kids do. I think its because they drink too much juice or soda instead of water, so I think its a great item for people who arent used to drinking water, and it has a lot of vitamins and stuff in it, and its always good to have. It is said to contain about 4 g of sugar, but when you mix it with water and drink it, it is sweet enough. The recommendation is to mix 1 packet with 500 ml of water, but personally, I think its better to drink it a little stronger. Its a matter of preference.
While Im the first to admit my water consumption isnt the highest. These vitamin and mineral enhanced electrolyte packets are an effortless and tasty way to get rehydrated. Simply rip and dump into 500ml of water. I also did 750ml and it was still good. It has the typical lemon lime electrolyte taste and isnt something you have to chug just to get down. All in all, its a nice refreshing way to help keep you hydrated. Id certainly recommend. Thanks for reading, hope it was helpful.
Not going to lie I did not like the taste but expected that so I the night before I would mix it an put in in the fridge an wake up an just sink it an it really does the trick an help with the hydration!!!
I really enjoy this!! I love that its not too sweet but has the right amount of flavor. It doesnt taste too artificial, doesnt have that bitter aftertaste and goes down easy. I have it in the mornings, after a hard workout, or when Im feeling a little sluggish!
