If you opt to "Subscribe & Save" you can choose between delivery every 15, 30 or 45 days and you will receive 25% off your order - the biggest discount we offer! This is the best value when ordering DHM Detox and/or Hydration Replenisher. With this option, you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime, however, if you cancel after the first purchase, you'll need to pay back the discount. The subscription is designed for customers that have already used our products and are satisfied with them. How Long Does It Take To Ship?
Shipping time within the US is 1-4 business days depending on your location. East coast orders will arrive closer to 1-3 days and west coast or more remote locations in the US will arrive closer to 2-4 days. Do You Ship To Canada?
Yes we do. Shipping time is 6-11 business days and is shipped from the U.S. Shipping time will vary based on how busy the border is, which determines how quickly your order clears customs. You will receive tracking information that can be used to track your order via USPS and Canada Post (once it crosses the border). Duty & taxes may be imposed by the Canadian border, as the product is being imported from the US. If duties are charged, these will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Do You Ship To The UK?
Yes we do! Shipping time 2-3 business days. We have covered the import duties and taxes from USA to import into England and Northern Ireland, so there will be no VAT charged to you, nor additional wait time.

Yes we do. Shipping time is 6-11 business days and will vary based on how busy the border is, which determines how quickly your order will clear customs. You will receive tracking information the can be used to track your order via USPS or your local country’s postal service. You may have to pay a VAT/import tax upon delivery, which you will be responsible for as the importer (depending on your country). Can I Return My Product?
Risk-free purchases - if you aren’t satisfied, we'll refund you within 30 days of delivery (limited to one box on your first order). What if my order is lost, stolen or damaged?
To protect your order against loss or theft, add Route+ package protection at checkout. When you add Route+, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours. If your order was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.
How do I file a claim for my lost, stolen or damaged order?
If you insured your order with Route+ at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a claim. You can also file a claim here. Note: Make sure to have the Order ID we sent you or the Route Order ID ready to use with the claim form.
