I was on a work trip to the East Coast from the West coast. Which is a 3 hour difference. I had 7am meetings and needed something to help me sleep earlier. I only took one pill and it helped me sleep earlier. Would recommend
Somehow my subscription from No Days Wasted changed to the Sleep Assist pills. which I did not want. But I tried them since I do have trouble sleeping and it did not make any difference. I have gone on the No Days Wasted website to try to fix my subscription and it is very difficult to navigate. Over all, disappointed, sorry to say.
I don't often recommend products but this has been a lifesaver!! I finally sleep through the night!! I was hesitant to spend 30.00 a month but it is well worth it!
My go to sleep supplement. This stuff has me literally sleeping like a baby. I use a sleep monitor and I get way deeper sleep when I use this. I am a huge fan! I had labs drawn and magnesium was perfect so I’m certain this played a role. Thank you, no days wasted!
I’ve tried melatonin in the past, but I’d always wake up after an hour or so. But this sleep aid works great. I fall asleep quickly and STAY asleep. Best part, I wake up feeling refreshed. No grogginess!
