Top 5 Bachelor and Bachelorette Party Hacks this Summer

Things are getting back to normal just in time for summer! That means you may have a few important events coming up and we want to help you stay prepared.

This could include Bachelor and Bachelorette Party Season, followed by Wedding Season!

While this is a very exciting time of celebration, it is also a good time to check in with your health and habits while celebrating. With that being said, we have prepared a list of our Top 5 Bachelor and Bachelorette Party Hacks this Summer, that can help you feel your best and make the most of these times.

  1. Rest, Rest and More Rest

In the days prior to the big day (Bachelor and Bachelorette Party that is ;), it is often underestimated how important having a good and deep sleep the night before is. No matter what you have planned, operating on a full tank will be crucial for you to maximize the event and be able to celebrate like you should. And while explaining all the benefits of a good deep sleep is not necessary, having more energy and an improved overall mood goes a long way at making a night! So, try going to bed a little earlier the night before your party this summer. You can also try putting your phone down an hour before planning to go to bed, as this can potentially aid in being able to fall asleep faster and getting that rest you need!

  1. DHM Detox

Bachelor and Bachelorette Parties are often not “dry” events. This can be reference to the great activities planned or the fact that alcohol is involved. In the cases where there is alcohol consumption, it is a great time to try our DHM Detox. DHM Detox is a product focused on fighting the toxic by-products of alcohol. DHM Detox comes in two capsules that should be taken the same night of consuming the alcohol, and this way it can get right to work! Additionally, DHM Detox is vegetarian and use plant based ingredients as a backbone. Be sure to read more about DHM Detox, its ingredients, the science behind the product and FAQ here.

  1. Being Prepared in for the Sun

With the warm weather on the horizon and a summer where everyone is itching to get outside, and the fact that it is also easier to social distance, many bachelor and bachelorette activities may be planned to take place in the great outdoors this summer. If this is the case, it is important to be prepared, especially if drinks are involved! For many people, having a drink or two and catching some sunshine is one of summer's most enjoyable activities. However due to the randomness and sometimes unforeseen circumstances that can present themselves during a Bachelor or Bachelorette Party we just want to make sure that you are prepared to enjoy the occasion best! This can include wearing sunscreen before heading out in the sun, bringing a good hat and sunglasses and of course a trusty water bottle. Also make sure to monitor your health, if you are feeling especially fatigued or nauseous and are outside, it may be a good indication to run back inside and regain some strength and cool off.

  1. Staying hydrated with Hydration Replenisher

Hydration Replenisher is an excellent way to stay hydrated, which can be especially important during Bachelor and Bachelorette parties if you decide to have a few drinks. Staying adequately hydrated is extremely important in general and this is further highlighted while drinking, as alcohol can contribute to you becoming dehydrated faster. So, buckle up and try our Hydration Replenisher, which comes in awesome, convenient packets that you can take with you and mix with water where ever you are! We recommend mixing it with 12-20oz of water depending on your preferred taste. To read all about hydration replenisher and the science and ingredients behind it be sure to check out the product page here.

  1. Eating a Well-Balanced Meal Before

Whether it is from your college days or going to the bar straight from work to catch up with some colleagues, drinking on an empty stomach is not a good idea. This can be extended to Bachelor and Bachelorette Parties this summer. Getting a good well-balanced meal before you start any endeavors lays a great foundation for the fun activities ahead! This will give you the protein, essential fats, and energy you need to go about your day! Here are some good options that we put together.

- Tuna Avocado and Red Onion Sandwich

- Marinated Chicken Breasts and Apple-Raisin Quinoa

- Banana Almond Oatmeal and a Smoothies

- Salmon Stir Fry

Wishing everyone a healthy, happy, and safe Bachelor and Bachelorette Party Season!

Sincerely,

Marley
