Feel-good Getaway Rules

1. Sponsor

The Feel-Good Getaway Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by No Days Wasted®, a brand of NDW Labs Inc., located at 555 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC, Canada V7X 1M8 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

This Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on November 7, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on January 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Eligible individuals may enter in person at No Days Wasted promotional events or through an online form hosted by No Days Wasted during the Contest Period.

a. Primary Entry:

To receive one (1) entry, complete the official Contest form by providing your first name, last name, and valid email address.

b. Bonus Entries:

Participants may earn additional entries by completing optional challenges and activities shared by email from No Days Wasted during the Contest Period. Bonus entries may include, but are not limited to:

  • Completing a short buyer profile survey

  • Following No Days Wasted on Instagram or TikTok

  • Subscribing to SMS updates

  • Posting a photo or video on social media and submitting the link

  • Making a purchase and submitting proof of purchase

  • Other optional activities described in official Contest emails

All bonus entry opportunities are optional. Details on how to complete them and the corresponding number of bonus entries will be communicated by email after the initial entry.

c. No Purchase Necessary:

No purchase is required to participate. Any purchase-related entry method will include a free alternative entry option through a provided form or email submission during the Contest Period.

5. Prizes

Two winners will be selected.There are two (2) prizepacks available to be won. Each prizepack consists of (2) Air Canada gift card valued at $500 CAD.

The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $2,000 CAD.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the form of No Days Wasted product. 

Air Canada is not a sponsor, partner, or administrator of this Contest and is in no way affiliated with No Days Wasted or NDW Labs Inc.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Two (2) potential winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on or about February 10, 2026, at the Sponsor’s offices in Vancouver, BC.

Winners will be notified by email using the address provided at entry within five (5) business days of the draw date. Each selected entrant must respond within seven (7) days and may be required to:

  • Complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form.

If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is disqualified for any reason, another entrant may be selected in their place.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period, including all bonus entries.

 

8. Publicity and Rights

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, city/province of residence, likeness, social media handle, and/or statements about the Contest for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree that the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of participation in this Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Air Canada is not responsible for the administration of this Contest, the selection of winners, or the distribution of prizes.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used by the Sponsor solely for the administration of the Contest and in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://nodayswasted.co/pages/privacy. Entrants who opt in may also receive marketing emails from No Days Wasted and may unsubscribe at any time.

11. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time without notice if any factor interferes with its proper conduct, including technical or fraud-related issues.
 Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted through fraudulent means are void.

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
